from which you have a view on Downtown Manhattan.

You enter this apartment through the open kitchen that is equipped with a sink, a refrigerator and a stove. The kitchen is for breakfast only. All cooking utensils and dishes are available for the guests.

The living room is the artist studio of the host/tenant. So, you will see a lot of Artworks in the apartment.
It is furnished with a futon, a TV with VCR, a stereo, a desk, a computer with internet access, a few chairs and a dining table.
